New Azir skin Concept

So I was thinking we should get a new skin for Azir!!! I was thinking what it would revolve around and then it hit me! Puppet master Azir. This is just a idea at the moment. No concept art (I'm bad with art sorry)

It's a good idea but I don't really think it matches his personality. He's all "Glory, GLORY, SHURIMA, SHURIMA" not really manipulative like Cassiopeia or Elise. Actually if it came with a new voice over it would be perfect.
