Champ Reworks & Refund Tokens

I know that Riot no longer offers refunds for champion reworks, however, we now have 3 lifetime refund tokens which is great.

With the Shen rework awhile back, I have 0 intention of ever playing him again. This is a personal preference as I don't like what they did but that's not what I'm discussing right now. I have 4 skins for him but cannot use my tokens on any of them as they were purchased far longer than 90 days ago.

So that got me thinking. What if when a champion was reworked, the champ and their skins are now considered freshly purchased for refund token purposes. That way if someone has the tokens available and wants a refund, they can use their tokens for that cause. If they're out of tokens, then they're out of luck.

I feel this is a fair way to utilize the system they already have in place while giving people the ability to refund skins/ champions who's rework they don't enjoy.
