Names

So, I was thinking about changing my name the other day, but I saw that It was taken by a lvl 1 that hasn't played any games or the other one I tried was taken by a guy that hasn't played since like 2014. I just want to ask for making these names from inactive people free for the others to get. A lot of my wanted nicknames were taken mostly from inactive people, sadly. Riot can you make sth like that happen pls?
