I made a Project Evelynn fan-made skin as a gift for a friend and many who saw asked to show it to you Riot, because they said they would like to have a Project Evelynn in the game too.
So, here you are.
ampheon5 votesUnfortunately, Evelynn is not a human, so she'd never get a Project skin... Program is always a possibility though
Charon1 votesIs there some kind of story of the Project skins I'm not aware of? I think I've searched around a bit, but I didn't find any particular NO-NO.
ampheon1 votesThere is one someone where on the Universe, and while Riot hasn't explicitly stated that the Project skins will be made for human only, all 12 so far have been, with the semi/kinda look like/augmented humans going to project (Raka, Lissandra, and Camille). All the projects also have an offensive/free dash, or blink, with the exception of the immobile adcs, Jhin and Ashe, who both have Utility/CC ultimates.
