Ahri Possible Rework/Buff Ideas

I made a post in the forums a long while back about Ahri, but I think my suggestions for her would've been too broken maybe. As of now, I think Ahri needs 4 things to make her more satisfying to play and make her a better mage overall to fit in the current meta.

  1. W rework = keep the 3 fires but make them only prioritize champions, making lane fights stronger since they won't hit minions on accident. Also, allow each fire to do the same damage and for each fire hit it stacks and reduces the target(s) mr by 2%/4%/6% for 10 seconds. Since, you only have 3 fires and it can possibly hit other champs then their mr is only reduced by how many fox fires hit them making it distribute properly to other champs in the area. After the first cast targets with fox-fire stacks for the next 20 seconds can't have their mr reduced by fox-fire if it's casted again. If fox-fire hits nearby champions in the area without fox-fire stacks then it will stack and reduce their mr accordingly. Those already with stacks will just take damage accordingly until the debuff cooldown is over. Once the 20 secs on the debuff cooldown are over for target(s) the next cast can stack and reduce their mr again for 10 seconds. This will make her a big threat in team fights and give her more assassin burst in solo fights.

  2. To help her fit in with the other powerful mage champs I feel charm should have an extra effect. She should get bonus magic pen on that target or some form of extra damage on her next spell cast when charm lands on a target, similar to Zoe or Evelynn. It's her trademark ability and she deserves to have that bonus damage back when landing charm making her burst more efficient. This will also make your charm more dangerous in team fights since getting caught would likely spell death. As of now her charm is great but very underrated since it barely lasts long enough for you or team to take down non-squishy champs. This will help in damaging tanks better and make you decide who to target charm with in fights. (Warning: This is likely broken when tied in with the W rework so it's questionable.)

  3. At full passive stacks next ability will not just heal like normal but will cost no mana. (Warning: This is likely broken when tied in with the W rework so it's questionable. Possible manaflow band and other runes can abuse this lol)

  4. This will set the amazing Ahri players apart from the average Ahri players. Also, I think this will tie in with her lore as a fox spirit. Ahri every 5 mins during the game will set goals for herself such as killing a specific target, killing a target in under 5 seconds, or capturing a large jg monster. You should have 5 mins to complete the goal before a new one is assigned. At 50 mins you will receive your last goal making that 10 throughout the game and you won't receive anymore after 50 mins. When completing a goal you gain soul orbs that will reward you with bonus ap stacks and a random temporary buff for a time limit. These orbs continue to stack as long as you compete goals. Goals become harder after each one and grant greater amounts of ap each stack and greater timed buffs. Much harder goals can be things such as getting a pentakill, successfully stealing a dragon/baron, or getting a certain amount of kills in the time limit. By completing these goals you can prove your mastery with Ahri and stand above the average. You can possibly gain enough stacks from goals to reach ap levels that's only been seen by Veigar. With this Ahri will have no issue with damaging champions if you can complete goals and gain stacks making her a powerful mage in all stages of the game (early, mid, late).

~ This is just a possible idea for what Riot can do to help make Ahri feel more satisfying and rewarding when playing her, especially for above average Ahri players and mains like me. Also, she wouldn't feel like a support or damage lacking mage with full items and a carrying k/d/a. She can actually make an impact in fights, whether it's team or solo.

~ Best bet is stick with ideas 1, 3, and 4. Having the charm effect may be too much lol.

Rather just give her stats a buff than add new effects. The 4th thing sounds pretty bad, would be harder than getting stacks on kindred and it seems like you couldnt have the 3rd and 4th together since they come off as 2 different passive. Also you can already get free spells in sorcery so the 3rd is kinda already in the game.
