Why not change the BOTTOM LANE role to ADC? Idk I just felt it would feel more appropriate. :D

Bounding specific champions to specific roles or specific roles to specific playstyles limits the creativity aspect of that role or champion. The bottom lane mage meta was only possible because such technical limitations were not enforced. Renaming the lane or role might not be much, but it can lead to other restrictions (as can be seen for example with the hard restrictions on funneling).

Riot wants to entertain the possibility to play other (creative so to say) champions on the bottom lane than ADCs, so they won't rename it. I'd agree with their assessment by the way.

If they changed it to "ADC" from "Bot" then I couldn't proclaim my bot lane Lissandra was meta-breaking gold. :P

Seriously though: try it. You will not be disappointed. You have good clear that can hit enemies through a wave, a long af range escape/engage tool, 2 hard ccs and a slow. Plus she synergizes with almost anything. Taric is a god with her E reposition, she can poke for days with Sona or Raka, and if a blitz or morg land a Q, you basically permanently cc your target and follow up their flash with your E if they somehow live.

Dang I wish. Unfortunately, my Lissandra sucks balls xD
