Riot should make a champ with a soviet russia similar thematic, with sounds like the nathional anthem and some heavy metal.
He should be a strong independant AD champ but not selfish, probably a toplaner diver. With a bear, shark or velociraptor.
If not a Kled skin with russian accent.
Just play volibear with russian lang on your client... There's nothing more mother russia than that.
How about a champion who rides a bear who's riding a shark who's riding a velociraptor who fights by bashing people with a hammer and slicing them with a sickle? He could be named "JosiffStawlen." I think that's creative! Do you? (Upvote for more communism in LoL)
