Quick Skarner passive rework concept
Song of the Brackern
All gold gained by enemies from minion and monster kills are reduced by 15%. Any lost gold (missed CS, etc) or reduced gold is added to a global counter. Upon reaching 750, the counter resets and the next scuttle crab to spawn on death will drop a buff that grants "Brackern Crystal". Will holding this buff, user cannot recall, is grounded and drops the buff on death. If an enemy champion returns to the fountain, they will lose the buff and gain 750 gold. If Skarner returns to his fountain with the buff, he will gain massive experience or a percentage increase to all his stats if he is max level.

Notes to address | The enemy team losing gold seems overpowered and anti-fun but it feels necessary to make taking the choice of ignoring this mini-game more impactful while at the same time not making this passive greatly favouring the enemy. The gold lost is not flat due to gold in the jungle being less impacted by flat numbers.
