The cleavage seems out of character. Maybe a heart-shaped midriff?
I would be a little annoyed if Riot did this too Quinn, as she is one of the few women who wears a full body armour. So I think with the cleavage reduced it would fit perfectly.
The Fanservice is strong in this one.

Finally she would have a skin with some cleavage on it :P after all why she should look as a front line she the one with the crosbow falor is the one with the melee atk.
I still kind of want rogue quinn over this, mostly because Valor is really badass in it. But yeah, it is a nice skin
I like it! But his pectorals look a little too big/soft and his lips a little too pink. We wouldn't want newbies mistaking Quinn for a girl would we? That would be silly
Yeh, honestly I don't think it fits either. All of her skins are related to birds lol. Woad = Owl, Phoenix = ... Phoenix. I would see something that makes Valor a Bald Eagle or Crow, etc.
