Soraka needs nerfs
I think that soraka should have a higher cool down on her heals, either that or at least lower health given on her W. Her ult is fine and Q heals are fine but her w heal is way too overpowered at the moment.

Soraka is fine. Stop calling for nerfs on a balanced champ. All soraka offers is healing, and a situational silence/root. While you have supports like thresh/braum/ali etc, who do a lot more

Sounds more like you just don't like her playstyle than her actually being overpowered.
Her W heals a lot because it costs 10% of her own health each individual cast. During laning, she's not going to have infinite health pots and her peel isn't exactly the greatest. You don't want to poke her adc, you want hard engagements early game.
Late-game she shines. She's a late-game healing support. She doesn't have utility (sans her E and possibly her Q slow) at the same level Leona or even Sona does, so she shines in the healing department.
And you still haven't explained why she needs nerfs beyond "her W is overpowered." We need a bit more than that. What are her weaknesses? Why is her W specifically overpowered?
Doesn't change much of the fact that her late game is incredible, especially for a support. Her heals are very strong and with a full build ult of hers can cause big problems during team fights
i feel like soraka is usualy pretty easy to kill the only thing she changes is the focus instead of focussing the enemy carry id have to make it prior to kil her asap
in lane this doesnt chance much from a tesh lane where if i gank i usualy focus tresh because else the adc is just gonne lantarn away
Soraka's main strength lies in her mid-game team fighting. I can say if the gold and experience on both teams are quite even, the team with soraka will definitely win. Late game not so much, because everyone gets 1.8k+health and most soraka don't build any ap. I think nerfing her w's cooldown by 1 second at rank 5 is reasonable,other than that, she's in a decent spot.
