A Noxian Support ( I am not committed to a name yet)

So i just thought of a cool idea for a Noxian support today. A support that gives a lot of useful buffs, but at a cost. I'm still working on the lore, but i was thinking something along the lines of a commander that inspires rage into his men to keep fighting with a kind of "pain is temperary, victory is forever" kind of thing. The abilities are not set in stone (especially the q) and i am open to suggestions. Feedback is welcome and appreciated :).

Passive: Abilities do not cost mana, instead costing health.

Q: Strength in Numbers Passive: Nearby Allies gain a movement speed buff based on the number of allies nearby. Active: Nearby allies do small leaps on basic attacks, but lose a solid health amount for every auto.

W: Passive: Nearby allies have a tenacity boost. Active: Pain is Temporary-Removes all cc effects from allies in an area around you, at the cost of a percentage of their current health if cc is removed. More percent for hard cc’s (ex: snares, stuns), half for soft cc’s (ex: slows, silences) Passive buff is lost while this is on cooldown.

E: Passive effect: Nearby allies have 2/4/6/8/10% lifesteal and spellvamp Active toggle: the passive is lost and allies gain a large damage buff at the cost of percent (current?) health per second.

R: CHARGE! You leap forward a moderate distance and slam down on a large area, creating a “battlefield”. All enemies hit take a small amount of damage, and have their movement speed reduced by 50% while in the battlefield. All allies have their movespeed increased while running towards you, and have their damage amplified while in the battlefield. All damage taken in the battlefield is increased by 10%/15%/20% -immune to cc while leaping. -Enemy and Ally damage taken increased

Just a btw this reminds me of how Aatrox's lore hinted he'd be. Before he was released as a LS Bruiser his lore hinted at him being a "general who inspired armies through bloodlust in order to lead them to victory" just a comment =P

Holy crap you like utility. I think maybe the abilities should be linked to one maybe two champions working similarly to kalistas binding passive. And maybe the health cost will only apply to this champ himself causing him to have a clear identity in his build path (hp tank) and he won't be considered a troll champ forcing his allies to lose hp when farming :). Also maybe work in toggling on some of his abilities.

For lore I like the idea of a noxian general. Possibly he got his powers from visiting the twisted treeline area in some sort of campaign and the campaign failed but he came alive and carries the "burden" of his fallen allies (hence his burden will relate to his abilities in some you you may choose.

I completely agree that the health taken should be from the champion himself, or else a troll could just spam his Q in lane. Also for his passive, I dont necessarily think it has to be that, because champions like Aatrox and Mundo have health costing abilities, and their passive is completely different. Maybe it could be something that helps him get some of his health back. For example: he gets health back whenever a minion dies near him (or he has base amount of life steal, gets health back when in brush, try to think unique). Hope this gave you some ideas :)

EDIT: So just rereading your whole idea about "Pain is temporary, victory is forever" idea that you wanted and im thinking its a little hard to hurt your allies without creating a troll champ... so maybe for an idea of the passive is he gets life steal when he attacks minions, but the health comes from nearby allies. I imagine something like this: "Attacking minions near ally champions steals 4% of their current health (can be spread over allies, in teamfights 1% per ally) and for the next 1.5 seconds after allies have 8% increased life steal, 15 second cooldown" or something like that. So its kindve hurting allies, but with a reasonable(ish? idk) cooldown and isnt too detrimental because they gain lifesteal for a second after. As for the q, jumps between auto attacks are already Kalistas passive so his Q would be pretty useless to her and would just cost you health and its kinda her unique trait. I think it should be changed, but I dont wanna sound really controlling of your own idea, so I'll just give you my two cents and leave it at that.
