New Champ

I would love for a new champion to come out that is a duel gun-blade (sword style champ). Name would be Xezatanith the Hex-tech Valkyrie Passive gives her more armor and magic resist based on movement speed % with percent based off of Lvl up to 10%. Her Q would be a range attack (ap) that has a small knock up or slow. Her W would be a double hit with first giving more 10% more damage 10% life steal but second hit 75% ad but 40/50% life-steal. Her E would be work like a Lucian E in that she does a small dash towards direction dealing small AOE (AD) damage in-front and AP range damage behind. Passive on her e allows her to stack up movement speed with every ability or every 4 attacks stacks up 4 times 5% each time for 20% movement speed. Her R active would last 10 to 15 sec giving her stacking attack speed with every ability stack up to 3 times 10% each time for 30% AS
