Half-decent vid but jeez man, too much preamble. Cut to the vid faster next time if you could and save the thoughts for the post vid.

you talked way too much. like, cut it down to 20 or 30 seconds intro with you talking and give me the highlight.
or, if you really want to analyze the situation in depth, at least do it after the video.
