When do pre-realease skins actually realease?
When YouTube channels like Skin Spotlights release a pre-release video, is there a specific time frame when they are released? I want to know when Wild Card Shaco comes out.

Generally sometime during the next patch, so a 2-4 week timeline.
Pre-release means they are still on the PBE and are subject to change. Once the next patch goes out, the skin gets released with it sometime before the next patch after it (although some cases, like Debonair Galio, get delayed several patches because they aren't turning out just right).
