Can We Talk About Skins ?

So like when will someone like get a skin ? Also why give another skin + voice over. When champions like have 6-8 quotes total ? It's just doesn't seem right. I started league when was released and a few Champion haven't got a new skins since that day. I know you guys are working on different skins and stuff but you guys also gave an entire new voice and quotes and stuffs. Now here's my favorite part , I call this name me a champion that mostly girls play. Now ask yourself does that champion have a Stars Guardian skin ? I'm just saying some of us waited to long to get a new skin on our mains. While others get 2 or more per year. Injustice
