I think that Grey Warwick and Medieval Twitch should be hextech skins like Hextech Annie and soulstealer vayne so people can actually get grey Warwick and medieval twitch now instead of not being able to get them at all now I personally think this is a great idea but I can take some constructive criticisms.
Actually, that's not a bad idea.
People who got it before can get that 'Authentic' overlay on the loading screen, they'd still be relatively rare, and they'd compete with the two existing 'Crafting' skins.

While I have both skins (Twitch and Warwick's) I wouldn't mind them giving a new way to let others enjoy them as well. I like the idea of adding a border of some sort for previous owners so the ones that made the effort have something to show for it.
As for how to rerelease them, i'm not sure. They are fairly rare, but i'm not sure making them as difficult as the hextech Annie and Vayne skins is the right answer.

Riot said they will probably introduce the Grey and Medeival skins as social promotions in the future. Everything they've mentioned about the reintroduction of these skins has been stated as being for social events.
When the system was in place I thought the skins were bad, and not worth bothering my friends over. Now, years later they are suddenly quite decent, but impossible to get.

Isnt the point of these skin bring more friends aling? I have the grey warwick skin and i think it should stay like this. Maybe make a random event where they give the skins to peaple with a good behavior?

I am prepared for hate so I absolutely think they shouldn't be brought back. I own both by bringing x amounts of friends to the game, now someone could just spend x amounts of money to get this while I helped the game in the past. I was opposed to bringing back the limited skins but now I am fine with it, this time tho I wouldn't. It would be similar if the victorious skins would be sold in the shop.
As someone who already has these skins and a big twitch fan who is saving these gemstones for a twitch skin.

Do you have any idea how much easier it is to get these skins than it used to be? Medievil Twitch used to be the rarest skin in the game because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get that many referrals. Buddy got Grey WW the old way by 4 us making smurf accounts and spamming arams till lvl 10 for 2 weeks. And we got nowhere near enough for twitch. To get twitch its only like 15 people i think now? Fuckn easy. Think we did it back before riot halved how long it took to lvl up so you could even reach 10 twice as fast as we did.
i mean, as far as quality goes, Grey Warwick and Medieval Twitch are only 1-2 tiers lower than the current crafting skins (current ones are only 1350 quality despite potentially needing to pay $300 USD each to get them if you don't want to wait for the gemstones through free boxes, while Grey and Medieval are 750-975 quality). so... it's not like they have an excuse for not doing it outside of the original RAF people getting mad (which they will regardless of how they make these skins available again). in fact, that may be a good chance to make those two skins higher quality lol.
