artillery champ

What if there was champion that had 2 forms, one form was a fighter and the other was artillery and each form had separate abilities kinda like jayce. In artillery form they would be immobile like xerath in his ultimate and if there were any enemy champions near them, they wouldn't be able to attack them without switching forms.
