Kiara, The twin fangs
Kiara, Frost's Burn Fighter/Assassin
Kiara would be a cat girl with twin tails, a fire red Katana and an Ice blue Katana. Her icons would change color depending on her passive as well as when she has her ult active.
Passive: Conflicting Blades Kiara’s basic attacks have a bonus effect depending on which blade she attacks with. Her blades alternate every other attack and also deal 15% of her AP as magic damage. If Kiara attacks with her red blade she lights the target ablaze with Fire’s Bite, dealing X amount of damage over 3 seconds after a .5 second delay. (Scales with AP and lvl) If Kiara attacks with her blue blade she lightly freezes the target with Frost’s touch, slowing them by X% for 3 seconds after a .5 second delay (Scales with AP and lvl) Applying Fire’s bite to a target already afflicted with Frost’s touch causes the target to thaw immediately and replace Frost’s touch with Fire’s Bite and vice versa.
Essentially she would need to make choices on her auto attacks if she wanted the extra dmg or if she wants the cc of the slow. Her other abilities would also change based off of what blade she was currently ready to swing with.
Q: Flame Sweep/Frost Sweep Kiara swigs her blade in an arch dealing X amount of dmg + X AP, with an effect varying on what blade she had at the ready and changing her blade for her next auto. If her next attack was to be with her Red blade the dmg + X AP, would be increased and after a .5 second delay, a blast of fire in the area she swung dealing X more dmg. If her next attack was to be her Blue blade after a .5 second delay ice would blast the area snaring opponents for 1 sec.
W: Ascending Fire/Ascending Ice Kiara switches blades and uses that blade for 5 seconds gaining X% attack speed and letting her passive stack. Upon reaching 5 Stacks a different effect happens for each blade. 5 For fire target explodes dealing X% max health and X of her AP 5 For ice freezes the target solid stunning them for 1.5 seconds E: Dance of Fire/Dance of Ice A dash a little shorter range than Corki's with an effect depending on her current blade. Fire: Dashes forward dragging her blade in the ground leaving a scorched trail that does X dmg + X AP. If it hits the opponent, cool down is cut in half. Ice: : Dashes forward dragging her blade in the ground leaving a path of frost that slows enemies by X% and dealing X dmg + X AP.
R: Resolution Kiara combines her blades, her basic attacks applying BOTH passives doing 30% of her AP on hit and all her abilities do both effects
Basically it would be a constant "What do I want/need here". Everything you did would basically need thought on what your auto attack was at currently. Need damage? Fire blade. CC? Ice. This was kinda rushed as i was in a hurry to write it all down, so I apologize for the in-organization at the moment. Any questions comments, anything unclear let me know, as I did rush to write this down so I'm sure it isn't as clear as I wanted.
