Tabu, the voodoo shaman?

Hey, my mind starting to ponder on the thought,I noticed gnars bird-looking skull on his head might have been taken from the old abandoned champion Tabu, The Voodoo Shaman, and I wondered what happened to Tabu? Something wrong with skills? Design? He would've made a great champion!

He was abandoned due to the racism it was shown by his appearance. He was depicted as an native african, for many unbelievable pathetic.

And as it seems - Voodoo alone was not unique enough.
