Does zed need a blood moon skin?

Hello peoples this is Thaovicious and I'm always wondering why doesn't zed get a blood moon skin while the rest of the ninjas have one? I think it would be cool if zed had a blood moon skin. Ive seen custom skins with blood moon zed and I hope they make him one. Just my opinion but what do you guys think? He has three badass skins already. Yes, it would be cool, but Riot should focus on revamping old skins and making ones for champions who don't have that many skins, like Urgot Oh wait. Riot furgot about Urgot.
