With my Soraka days in aram, it's fitting.
Honestly though, why hasn't this been done yet?
I think this is essentially what Celestine Soraka is supposed to be. But I take it you mean more of a modern military look. Yeah, I'd be up for that. Also, she's actually getting a new skin in case you didn't know. Program Soraka is on the PBE now and it's lookin' fiiiiiiine. :D
