[Champ Concept] Cordelia the Death Witch
**Basic Idea: A champion with abilities all based around death. ** Note: Haven’t decided on damage yet. Her scalings would be AP.
Stats: Low-Medium Durability Base AD/AS : Average Range: Melee 125 No MR per level Base Movement Speed: 345 Mana Dependency: High
**Passive: Sadistic Paroxysm **Cooldown: 9 Lunge Range: 550 If Cordelia basic attacks an enemy affected by one of her abilities while Sadistic Paroxysm is up she will lunge at them and deal magic damage. Killing anything will refresh this cooldown.
**Note: Skip to her ultimate to understand "curse effect". **
**Q: Decay **Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 Range: 550 (point and click projectile) Does magic DoT for 3 seconds. If a champion marked by Decay is killed then Decay's CD is refreshed.
Curse Effect: DoT lasts an additional 1.5 seconds.
**W: Tribulation **Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 Range: 800 AoE with a small/medium sized radius. Slight delay. First slows enemies hit by 20% for 1 second, then silences for 1 second, then slows by 99% and blinds for 1 second. If a champion marked by Tribulation is killed then Cordelia’s movement speed is increased by 70% for 5 seconds.
Curse Effect: Reveals the killer and allows them to be lunged at by Sadistic Paroxysm from 1200 range.
**E: Corruption Hex **Cooldown: 8 Range: 150 (point and click) Puts a 400 radius hex around the target for 4 seconds. Enemies inside the circle receive a small amount of magic DoT and have their damage delt lowered by 5%. Minions and monsters receive twice as much DoT. If a champion marked by Corruption Hex dies then the hex will be left on the ground where they died for 15 seconds.
Curse Effect: Cursed unit will not give any benefits to their killer (ie. buffs, gold, experience, cho’ gath feast, mana refund, etc.). This curse cannot be placed on allied champions.
**R: Death Curse **Cooldown: 8. Recharge time: 60/50/40 Passive: Cordelia generates charges of Death Curse periodically, storing up to a maximum of 3 at once.
Active: Cordelia changes her next ability into a curse that will be placed on an ally or neutral unit for 20/30/40 seconds. The curse will be undetectable to enemies and will be seen as a buff to allies. If an enemy champion kills the cursed unit, the ability placed on the unit will hit them. Each curse has an additional effect.
Explanation: Press R, then press Q/W/E and click on the friendly/neutral unit you wish to apply the curse to. If that unit dies to an enemy champion the killer will be hit by the Q/W/E, plus its curse effect.
