His passive, when switching between shield and two handing. Tarkus takes less damage upon switching to his shield, he gets a speed boost switching to only his sword.
Q - Shield bash, temperately stuns a target.Two handed - Over head swing, dealing extra damage to first target and other behind. W - Fat roll, a dodge ability. Two handed Side swing, swings his sword left to right, knocking enemies to the side, has an indicator that he's going to do this giving you time to react. E - Slug of Estus Tarkus drinks some estus, regaining health over time and takes less damage. This doesnt change in either mode that he's in. Passively increases his defence or attack depending what stance he is in. R - Leveling up R increases his Q,W and bonuses from his passive.
Other skins would be him as Solaire. Do it Riot, this game needs a real Knight champ.
