IP to RP

Riot should make it to where we can trade IP for RP! there are players out there that save up all their IP after lvl 30 and they already own all the champs and they have nothing to do with the remaining IP. (other then to buy runes). i think If Riot made it to where we could trade X amount of IP for X amount of RP. that way all that IP could be traded say for a new Champ skin that they have wanted.
