I just finished this today, face really doesn't look like Vi though :/ ... Kinda in same style as Ice Drake Shyvana and Frost Queen Janna, maybe she would suit better into bigger armor instead of going for this. Effort put into, but I am kinda nublet at designing. xD You will get the idea tho, frosty spells etc and icy armour. I generally like ice spike shoulderpads. :D
