Champions needing of new Skins. Updated list!

I have been keeping a close eye on what skins are released to a champion on a specific year. I have done my research and have concluded the following champions needing of new skins based on how long their last skin release was.

Kassadin; last skin release 2011. Kennen; last skin release 2011. Taric; last skin release 2011. Yorrick; last skin release 2011.

I understand that most of these champions are not well known or have a significant popularity with the players. However, I believe if Riot were to give a new set of skins to these champions which would renew interest in players.

Any thoughts on the matter or discussion is encouraged :).

The fact that 3 of those four are know to be on hold for any skin due to needed VUs. The 4th (kennen) probably should not get a skin without a VU also.

Just cause X time has passed does not mean skin is needed.

For someone that is keeping track of things; you are ignorant of some important stuff.

Sweet,let me help out.I'll list the total number of skins the champ have,including legacy & limited edition skin. Note - I'm getting these numbers from the LOL Wikia,so there is a chance I may miss some or have some miss information. Also,I'm including upcoming skins currently on the PBE as of 7/7 Reminder that older champs will naturally have more skins than newer champs.
