(champion concept) Volturnus, Scourge of the Marai

Ok so Volturnus lives in the depths of the ocean and is one of the "untold horrors" of the Marai, he resembles a shark in nature and his people are natural predators of Nami's race the Marai. His primary role would be as a jungler who excels in river chase downs, combos with assassins, securing river objectives such as dragon, baron, and crabs while having a decent dueling aspect too him. So lets jump on into his passive and abilities! Passive "Hydroplane": Increase movement speed, attack speed, and vision by 10% while on water.

Q "Scent of Blood": Passive- All basic attacks cause your target to bleed for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% of max life every 5 seconds for 15 seconds and can not be applied to same target more than once every 20 seconds. Activate- Increase life steal on bleeding targets by 25% for 30 seconds, passive ability is lost while on cool down.

W "Lockjaw": Bite down on your target with such force that both you and your target are held in place for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds and increasing your armor and mr by 5/10/15/20/25% for duration of lockjaw while decreasing your targets armor and mr by the same amount.

E "Razor Scales": Passive- cause any enemy who attacks you to take 5/10/15/20/25% of your bonus armor as true damage. Can not occur on an enemy more than once per second.

R "Flash Flood": Flood the area around Volturnus with dark waters slowing enemies caught in the flood by 15/20/25% for 1/2/3 seconds, the flood last for 5/10/15 seconds.
