Teemco

I'm terrible at drawing so I don't have any visuals, but I think a Teemo/Shaco skin would be fantastic. Shaco wears a Teemo mask and his clothes are patterned like a mushroom or hes using mushrooms instead of his knives. Whenever he puts down a box its a mushroom and a little Teemo pops out of shooting darts at the enemy. When his clone dies it can have the visuals of a mushroom popping. Maybe even give Shaco Teemo's quotes or revoice Teemo's quotes with the Shaco voice actor.
