It's been 3 years and 4 months since Taric last got a new skin.
I mean, I know he isn't the most popular champion. But that's a LONG time - it may be the longest. Think it's about time he got SOMETHING.

A rioter said they planned on having him finished late fall to somewhere between late winter.
That doesn't mean they'll be shipping him out between those times though, something could come up.
