What if Riot made (amazing) skins for every champion in the game right? That were unlocked for your **Highest Mastery pointed champion **once you hit Lvl 100?

Maybe the theme of them could match that intense Lvl 100 frame boarder, and have particle effects? Nothing too extreme. Just think of it as a better super-mega victorious skin. I know you get loot from lvling up but, I think a special skin for their favorite champion in the end would make people hype to play more. #Lvl100GrindBaby! [sg-kiko]
