What if Riot made (amazing) skins for every champion in the game right? That were unlocked for your **Highest Mastery pointed champion **once you hit Lvl 100?

Maybe the theme of them could match that intense Lvl 100 frame boarder, and have particle effects? Nothing too extreme. Just think of it as a better super-mega victorious skin. I know you get loot from lvling up but, I think a special skin for their favorite champion in the end would make people hype to play more. #Lvl100GrindBaby! [sg-kiko]

[Disclaimer] -I know it'd be a lot of work considering a lot goes into just one skin alone

OR they could do less work and just refine the base skin Nicer tones and colors, some nice particles, etc. The skin is still the same, but better

It is interesting Barring a few cases (fullmetal Rammus with razor blades for ult, Wicked Lulu which is just the default for me at this point), I always find myself returning to the base skin. I suppose it makes sense. The base is the skin everyone has and people will likely see the most of; they have to make it nice, if not fancy
