ive been playing League in a long time, but theres "skin line" ive always wondered why they never made.

Turn males into females and females into males, would be pwetty hilarious, and would be payed quite decently

If you're looking for the joke cross dressing skin, it's Big Bad Warwick.

But a gender bender skin really shouldn't be played for a laugh. Like if there was a Young Taliyah skin where she talked with a deeper voice and had stubble. The skin shouldn't really be treated as a joke.

Or if Taric gets a Star Guardian skin and he becomes a women, we shouldn't point and laugh. The Starlight Sailors in Sailor Moon were men who transformed into magical girls. They were serious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2XVaYKwUsE

They've never made a skin line like that because of clarity issues it would cause

-laughs in Moo Cow Alistar which is technically a genderbent skin-

I mean... there can be exceptions, right?

Zac is just a blob of goo. If we get a skin for him that makes him a female looking blob of goo, then it is still a blob of goo.

How does one make a blob of goo look like a female blob of goo?

https://merlinsmusings.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/suu-monster-musume-no-iru-nichijou-46887.jpg Suu from Monster Musume, she is a slime that definitely looks female, doesn't she?

Just give him a female figure and a cute face, it's not that hard.

And tits. Don't forget tits

I would consider some kind of outline for breasts to be part of "female figure".

Give me a female Zac, looking cute like Suu from Monster Musume. https://merlinsmusings.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/suu-monster-musume-no-iru-nichijou-46887.jpg

I mean, he is just a slime, so he actually could even look like a cute girl whenever he would like to.

I don't they should make a skin line like this just for the sake of it. Sure they have sure they have Big Bad Warwick as SSmotzer mentioned but a skin just bending the gender and not adding any other changes would be kind of pointless.
