TARIC REWORK

To be honest, I feel he'd be fine if he got a buff in the stat category. He scales pathetically.

i think riot should change tarics stun to a charm.

Taric's & Yorick's rework were put on hold to a later date because Rito wanted to focus on something else. Counting the $$ from RP purchases perhaps.....

I would like to see be re-worked as well. Here are my thoughts:

1. should be like Both & in that he gathers Stones/Gems. Like he should be able to wander to find them and like they should be found in combat when a Turret minion dies.

2. This should mean that gains Base Armor and Heal bonus for Imbue based on how many Stones/Gems he has collected

3. Movement speed should be Slightly hindered when waddling around with his mad Shatter Aura. After Shattering he should be able to gain Movement Speed until it grows back. Further More. The amount of Stones/Gems should also reflect how much additional armor he has when the Aura is active. It should also increase penetration with the more Stones/Gems he has.

4. His Shatter Aura should recharge based on the number of steps he takes. This means if he uses Shatter he is vulnerable (like Normal) but if standing still going hit for hit. The Aura will not replenish. But if he is moving around searching for opportunity he will begin to replenish his very useful Shatter Aura and give him his Armor bonus back. However also slowing him down once more. I believe this is perfect in the sense that it hinders you from chasing and being baited.

5. Dazzle needs a buff. Give it range and time stunned (Maybe) But Each time it is cast Should Lose/Use a Stone/Gem he has been storing. Reducing his overall stats if he is capable of spamming his patented Click-to-Stun.

6. Ult should remain the same with one difference. He and his party should also have the added benefit of a movement speed buff. Or maybe just himself. And if it is just himself. He should also benefit from not being hindered by his Shatter Aura.

So please with this in mind. Lets update and re-work
