With all the new Reworks coming out

I know its been a bit since the last rework but, with the Taric rework coming out...

Would it be reasonable to let players refund their skins on that champion if they get reworked?

I know some people who have loved champions and bought most of the skins, but once they were reworked couldn't play them at all.

I really don't know how this would affect riot, but i know that a lot of people could really use it.
