RIOT PLEASE RELEASE A NEW ZED SKIN

I needs another skin that isn't a legacy. They really need to stop that for some champions. I know him and Elise's first skins (not counting launch) were skins you could only get for a limited time (eg zed's SKT, and Elise's victorious skin) it's really not fair for people who like th champ, and in turn have to wait awhile to get another skin for them.
