Rework Pantheon is now holding his spear and shield in opposite hands

I know this sounds like some useless issue but changing the hands in which Pantheon holds his spear and shield bothers me a lot. It doesnt feel right to me, it feels clumsy and I cant concentrate. It would be nice if there is an option to change that
