How to help Evelynn
I think a great way to buff Eve would be to put a CD reduction on her Q if she hits champions like when she hits monsters, Riot could even nerf her damage on Q as long as it gets at least a 50% CD on her Q when it hits champion!

Eve fix ideas.
Not asking for all of these but 1 or 2 of them would do her a lot of good.

Reduce detection range as her level scales up by s small % each lvl. Currently its 900 I believe. Down to by 3% per lvl after lvl 6 wpuld be great.

Increase the range of the empowered E. By 75. So she can go over walls and generally gap close. Standard E needs 25 range.

Reduce the wait time on her w and increase the window of usefullness. Currently the max duration is 5 sec and the wait time is 2.5 sec. That gives you a 2.5 sec window to get your charm off. If the wait time scales down .1 or .15 sec per lvl down to 2 sec or 1.75 sec at max lvl wait time. And durration of the mark up .2 sec per lvl up to 6 sec max mark time.

Her q needs more base dmg. You cant kill anything with a pre apnitem eve gank. Every other jgler can kill you pre lvl 4 but eve might aswell just hard farm till 6.

Give eve an hp bonus if she kills a champ with her ulti. Lvl 6.50. lvl 11.100. Lvl16. 150 hp. Per champ killed.
What do you think of these suggestions and how would you rate them in order of importance if you do like them that is.
I also like your suggestion about the q cdr reset.
Ps. Eve is quite a bit better with new runes on pbe. That could be she is balanced around them. Orrr im just getting fed of scrubs with tons of pbe lag. Or some combo of the 2 xb.
Still needs 1 or 2 qol changes though.

They should just give her Q spam back.... I do not have a prob with her Q but it feels weird clicking then spamming then clicking then spamming etc...
Best way to help Eve is a revert. New W and E are close to unusable in a lot of circumstances, and the camouflage radius is a joke. Hate spikes do not fit an assassin, as a DPS ability, she should be a diver, or lose the spikes. And her only escape, high damage and defensive tool is her ult. All AD ratios are gone so now you are forced into full squishy Eve who gets solo killed by enemy Kalista. This rework (apart from visually) is bad, and it will be impossible to balance a champ with both charm, stealth, dps and that is meant to be an assassin. Here's hoping the next Eve rework comes soon, Ryze-style.
The only changes she needs are
- Bigger base MS
- If she kills someone with her ultimate her passive turns on again. The last one,might be too much tho.
