Rework Pantheon into a Deadly Spartan!!

I've been reading the lore of pantheon and when I did you visualize this amazing champion with the capability to just reset and kill all the foes in your way. You're supposed to feel like this feared champion that should be banned or people never want to 1v1. Like maybe make his skills more deadly. Or make his gap closer a reset after every kill so you can continue your awesome rampage. Some people might disagree because pantheon is easy to play and he should remain that way but there are other champions in the game that are easy. Pantheon shouldn't be one he should be a strong and feared champion that takes skill to use( well idk about being skilled to use) but he shouldn't be someone you see and go "oh...they had a pantheon? so useless" but these are all my opinions if you disagree I'd respect your answer because right now I sound a bit selfish to all the pantheon mains out there. :^) But its just that you see these cool stories for the champion and you go in game to see "W E Q" or some similar combo.
