So I'm not very good at drawing or at anything artistic, but every time I see Lunar Goddess Diana I feel like Leona is left out because she doesn't have a Solar Goddess skin to match. I don't have a clear idea of how it would look but I I think it'd be cool if it looked like the the Lunar Goddess skin but brighter and resembled the sun.

Riot generally prefers to make skins that explore new fantasies or realities for champions. Having a solar based skin for already solar based character doesn't really contribute anything to the character's fantasy. Similar case with Diana, a lunar skin would be somewhat redundant.
