Hav'Loc, The Beasthound Master

Hello and here we go! A second attempt at a champion idea. Not sure if this has been thought of (wouldn't surprise me) or if this would be too strong/weak, the idea here is concept not numbers, idea's not balance. Number can always be worked on later, Balance can be adjusted as needed.

Hav'Loc was a rich Noxian, one who owned a prized and strangely tamed Beasthound. Bored of his richness, he bought his way into the Rift by means of sponsorship. The deal was simple, he would be allowed to participate in the rifts antics and shenanigans (of course, under careful consideration of the rift guardians), and in return he would provide the substantial funding needed to continue to upkeep and maintain the needs of the R&R down-time area's, the rift, and everything else included, including Twisted Treeline.

Standing among his peers, he brings to the rift an unusual style of play. being just a mere mortal with no special powers, strengths, and abilities, his talents come from the Beasthound itself moreso than Hav'loc.

Armed with a reversed Dagger and a whip, Hav'loc uses his best friend to roam the rift, sending as he needs to around to help out others while rebuilding his riches in lane.

Hav'loc is unique as he starts the game with a permanent (sort of) pet, the mighty Beasthound itself.

Passive: Hav'loc and His best friend (name to be decided) start the game together. Beasthound can be controlled and manipulated to do it's masters beckoning through (undecided, either abilities or shift-clicks kinda idea). Beasthound has it's own useable skills and abilities with their own timers, but cannot be used by the player as the beasthound is in control of those abilities. Beasthound will attempt to chain abilities as Hav'loc uses his skills, but beasthounds are indeed unpredictable sometimes. Beasthound has 3 Item slots, but will not be able to purchase consumables including potions, wards, and trinkets. Beasthound will not used active items effects either nor can be used by Hav'loc. If Hav'loc dies, Beasthound becomes stressed and confused, going balistic and attacking anything, friend or foe within range for (duration) before cowering and returning to Allied Fountain. If Beasthound Dies, Hav'loc becomes demoralized, moving slower and dealing less damage until the rift guardians revives his best friend.

Hav'loc Q: Stab. Preform a swift stab in targeted direction for minimal damage. if the target was stabbed in the back, they bleed for additional damage and the damage is increased. If target is bleeding, Beasthound gains increased movement speed towards the target. Does not proc on-hit effects such as sheen or hydra. Killing a minion, monster, epic, or champion resets the cooldown.

Beasthound Q: Clamp. Beasthound take a bite out of it's prey, dealing bonus damage. This resets auto-attack timer. If target bit is bleeding, Beasthound restores HP.

Hav'loc W: Cracking Whip. Hav'loc cracks his whip in targeted direction dealing physical damage. This ability does bonus damage to minions. Ability does full damage through all targets. Enemy champions hit are slowed from the sting for but just a mere moment (0.25 seconds max). This refreshes the Bleed duration if target was bleeding.

Beasthound W: Scent. Beasthound pauses, and sniffs the ground when walking DIRECTLY over-top of an enemy ward, before howling to signal the ward is there. Beast hound will then swipe twice at the ward, before moving on, and reveal it (10 seconds max). If walking over an enemy invisible (fully unseen like eve after 6) champion, the scent is instantaneous and 4 swipes happen instead of 2. Beasthound can only use this skill in those situations, and won't be able to use them otherwise. Further, this skill is on a 3 second CD if Beasthound is in combat, until out of combat to prevent him from just stopping mid fight due to a ward.

Hav'loc E: Grab and Dice. Hav'loc charges his strength to whip an enemy champion, grabbing them and bringing them closer. If the enemy champion is close enough, hav'loc will stun them (.5 seconds max) as he dices his dagger through them 3 times. Applies lesser bleed. if target was already bleeding, lesser bleed is now greater bleed.

Beasthound E: Pounce. Beasthound jumps to location, dealing damage and pinning an enemy champion (0.5 seconds max). Beasthound will only attempt to do this if an enemy champion is already hard-impaired (so slows, he won't do it on, but roots he would), after the initial impair.

Hav'loc and Beasthound R: This is unique and unnamed at the moment. Hav'loc calls upon his Beasthound, recalling him from wherever the hound may be to where Hav'loc is with great speed. Upon arrival, Hav'loc mounts his friend as they ride and preform together. Hav'loc and Beasthound are now one for (duration) and abilities are empowered, granting extra damage, range, and width. At the end of the duration, Hav'loc dismounts Beasthound, Beasthound howls in triumph (even if nothing came from it), restoring hp for both Hav'loc and Beasthound alone.

Pro's: Self-powered ganks roaming potential without losing farm potential Synergy, chained CC. High 1v1 potential

Con's: Reliant on each other, should one fall the other becomes far less useful Low team-fight potential (5v5) potential. Low/no sustain. Hav'loc is weak, Beast hound is strong. Fight Hav'loc first and eliminate him to turn the tide in your favor. Likewise, Eliminating Beasthound makes Hav'loc a very easy target to bring down.

Tweeks, numbers, and durations as well as a resource system to be in place later. For now, let's see what people (including you yourself, Riot Games!) think of the idea. Let me know what you all honestly think, yes even the silly responses if it's truly honest. I'd like to see this idea come alive if possible!

I know it's been a long time since anyone has said anything, but I still support and back the idea behind the champion concept =)
