WHY REAPER SORAKA IS UNAVAILABLE ON PBE?

Our goal with PBE is to keep is as close (mirrored) to live as possible, which means that legacy skins won't be available all year round.

In the future, if you've got questions regarding PBE, I'd suggest asking them on the PBE boards! Many of the players there know a lot about how things are done, and can answer most questions. :]
