So I have heard that in patch 5.11 there is gonna be laughing heard on summoners rift when you die and when you emote laugh in river. After hearing it, it sounds similar 
to laugh. Please Riot Confirm this or give us hints on it please.

Yeah i really really thought it sounded like a spooky Zac. or Yorick.
Some said that the first death laugh sounded a bit like GP, which would not surprise me because his rework is close at hand. Idk where people are getting this part, but I also heard rumor of a "Swamp Thing Zac"; though I'd think of Yorick for that first, and being summer I'd expect the long awaited Pool Party Zac.
Basically everything is just rumors lol.
