Champions that need Visual updates, Legendary Skin or Ultimate skin

Okay, to start off, this is just my opinions so don't get mad if I didn't select your favorite champions okay. I just want to address the champions that I think need a visual update, Legendary/Ultimate skin. By that, I mean, new animations, new visuals, new special interactions, all that. Lets start:

Aatrox : After the rework, I'm not sure if he needs a Legendary/Ultimate skin since he kindda have the special interactions, better animations etc in game now. In my opinion he doesn't need any tho... I believe any skins given to him (e.g Elderwood or Cosmic) will match his character as he is now. If he wasn't reworked, then maybe he deserve a Legendary skin. Ahri She had one already, but I do think they could update her basic animations (e.g her tail) for her other skins. Akali Again, since she got reworked, I'm not sure if she need a Legendary skin... Maybe... I guess... Alistar He looks ok, no rework needed,. Legendary skin? Definitely! Amumu I believe he needs a full visual update, not sure with his kit tho, but he kindda looks outdated. If u guys disagree, then I think he deserve a Legendary skin. Ultimate? Maybe I guess? Anivia Definitely a full VGU, with that said, they can update her Blackfrost skin (her legendary skin). Annie MY MAIN!! Her kit seems fine imo (I think her E need a little rework tho). A visual rework? Not sure. Legendary/Ultimate skin? I think she deserve one, but its best to just update her 'Annie in Wonderland' skin. Its freaking 1820RP without anything special. Ashe Already got one, no reworks needed, her basic visual seems fine too. AurelionSol This dude is still new, no Legendary/Ultimate skin needed. He need more skins tho... Azir I think a Legendary skin for him would be good. Ultimate? Not sure about that.. Bard Bard is still new... Even if he gets a Legendary/Ultimate skin, what interactions can he have? Love his voice, but I'm not sure about him. Blitzcrank Im not sure if he need a visual update (like Ez) but I think this guy need a Legendary skin. Brand Visuals are fine, kit are fine, but is it just me or I'm just not satisfied for Zombie Brand.. I think he deserve better.. Braum Still new, no Legendary/Ultimate skin needed imo. But others might think otherwise. Caitlyn Already got one, and a good one ;) Camille Still new, have nice interactions too. No Legendary/Ultimate skin needed. Cassiopeia DEFINITELY NEED A LEGENDARY SKIN. I can see sooo much potential in her. I'm excited if she get one. Chogath I believe what he need is visual rework (like Ez). That way, he could be a better "Gentleman". He have Battlecast Prime tho so... idk... Corki A FULL VGU! Kit looks fine tho, im not sure, but if he does get rework, he might also gonna get 2 legit Legendary skins Darius No need... He already have 2 Legendary skins, both are awesome too!! Not to mention one mythic... Diana She need a Legendary skin. Also have potentials for an Ultimate really... DrMundo I think what he need is a visual update, his model and animations are seriously outdated. Who knows? Maybe he'll get a rework this year (2019). Corporate Mundo need some love too... Draven Animations and model are fine. He have a Legendary skin already but I think he has potentials for another Legendary skin (like Darius) Ekko Idk about him, I kindda think he's still new but a Legendary skin would be AWESOME for him. I see some possibilities for an Ultimate too Elise Definitely need a Legendary skin!! May be an Ultimate even... ;D Evelynn She just got reworked, her new kit and interactions are great too. I don't think she need a Legendary/Ultimate skin. I think any skin would suit with her personality now. Ezreal No need, got a rework AND an Ultimate skin Fiddlesticks I believe he need a visual update (maybe). Surprise Party could be better I think (sorry I don't play him) Fiora NEED A LEGENDARY SKIN, NOW!!!! Maybe an Ultimate even. Fizz Not sure about this guy... A Legendary skin maybe...? Galio Got one already after the rework. (Legendary skin I mean) Gangplank I can see potentials for a Legendary skin actually :D Garen Got one already Gnar Ummmmmm, this yordle is still new, but even so, I don't see any Legendary skin for him. Ultimate? Maybe I guess, since he can evolve Gragas I think what he need is a visual rework. Im not sure about his kit tho, I don't play him (sorry) Graves I can see potentials for a Legendary skin tbh. :3 Hecarim I can tell that he might get an ULTIMATE SKIN. I see soooo many possibilities!! Heimerdinger Got one already, a cute one too XD Illaoi She's still new, don't think she need any Legendary/Ultimate skin. But she does need more skins... Irelia After her rework, I'm not sure if she need a Legendary/Ultimate skin really... She's cool as she is now Ivern Still new... But please give him more skins!! STAR GUARDIAN 4 EVAH Kaisa Still new!! Kalista In my opinion she's still new.... So i'm not sure about her... Karma I believe she have potentials for a Legendary skin really. Karthus Legendary skin maybe? Not sure about him too... Kassadin Give him a Legendary skin!! He need to have interaction with Kai'sa!! Katarina GIVE HER A LEGENDARY SKIN!!! NOW!!! Kayle In the process of a rework, she would get her Legendary skin reworked too. Kayn Have one already, he's still new tho... But I love his Legendary skin!! Kennen I think what he need is a visual rework... His kit? Not so sure (sorry I dont play him) Khazix I don't know if it's true but I believe he's gonna get a Legendary skin for the VS event this year (2019) alongside Rengar Kindred Still new imo, but I do see potentials for a Legendary skin... Mordekaiser kit is not fine, and I'm saying this as a Morde main. If you get fed you just steam roll the enemy, but if you get behind you're worthless. He also has 0 ways to outplay ranged enemies or mobile champs and it blows hard when 99% of champs have some kind self peel or dash these days.

You're saying Rek'Sai doesn't need a skin? The champ that has been at for a 1484 days(over 4 years) and only has Eternum and Pool Party skins, last one being 1287 days(over 3.5 years) old? Just because she doesn't talk? If ANY champion needs a skin it is her. A legendary skin might actually make people want to start playing her again. That and some minor buffs, which would obviously come on the same patch. Pyke is already at 2 alt skins, and has been out for 7 months. Only champs with less skins are Ornn and Ivern, which will likely see a new one before Rek'Sai.

I see more Skarner than Rek'Sai players, it's been at least a year since I last saw someone in any of my games pick Rek'Sai... She needs SOMETHING. And there are so many easy skins to make, it's pretty strange they haven't done a mecha skin since all other void champs have one.

Tbh I wouldn't mind seeing a Jhin legendary (even if he's fairly new. But he's popular so Riot would rake in that sweet cash). His kit's particles have so much potential.

I’m kinda biased, but I couldn’t agree more when it comes to Katarina! The champ is so old and has been a poster child for the game ever since her release. She has so many other skins and I’m gonna be super disappointed if her next skin is anything less than a legendary skin!

Mordekaiser Is 90% the reason I enjoy the game. Master of Metal forever. I initially hated his attempted half rework but have to come to like (most of) it better, although it's apparent Riot still doesn't know what more they'll do with him or when, as his lack of skins shows. If you don't count Dragon Knight and Infernal (and these REALLY should be Chromas, as they're simple recolors and they're inflating his already tiny skin list for his age), then he has a whole whopping three skins besides his default. This has to put him as one of the worst when it comes to "skins per time existed" or something. I personally don't think Lord Mordekaiser is very good myself (preference). So for me, he has two (aside from default and recolors, though infernal is okay) good skins for a champion that's what, 9+ years old?

I remember years ago on the old website someone suggested a "Bath Time" Mordekaiser before Pool Party was even a thing. There was art and suggestions for a Rubber Duck icon for his ultimate and bubbles for his (old) W if I remember right. I loved the idea.

Now that God-King Garen and Darius are things, I played Garen with it and literally went "THIS is what I've always envisioned for a Legendary or Ultimate Mordekaiser skin". It could be "Fallen/Ruined King Mordekaiser". Literally, the item 3153 could work with his (current, anyway) kit, and might after any potential changes maybe. Remember years back when the new Ultimate skin was coming, and the community started thinking it could be for Mordekaiser but then Udyr got it? THIS is what I wanted. Imagine a skin where his armor breaks off slowly more and more as the game progresses. If ANYONE deserves an Ultimate skin, Mordekaiser is up there if not at the top. I'd be very happy with even a good Legendary at this point.

They could even do one like Pre-Void Kassadin which has him as he was when still alive, before being killed and becoming what he now is.

There's so much they could do with Mordekaiser and he desperately needs it. I'm hoping he doesn't become another Aatrox after any rework. I hope his identity remains and he still feels like Mordekaiser and to me, his ultimate, shield, and HP cost for skills are his big defining identities.

Zyra, Ivern and Maokai could have their own 'season' skin line, probably legendary or whatever tier Gun Goddess Miss Fortune is with you going through all 4 seasons somehow, it could easily work in the same way as Lux's Elementalist skin works. Just think about it, you could be playing Zyra and maybe 40% through the game you can choose between certain seasons like a Winter Zyra or an Autumn Zyra, same thing as Maokai and Ivern, around 40% of the way through you can choose a certain season.

Only real issue would be what their 'pre-season' skin would be. Could be more tuned to a more 'base-like' state, and have each season be greatly exaggerated, I dunno

I oncw saw a thread on Boards which suggested the idea of a Legendary skin for Varus

The skin would be PROJECT: VARUS (Part of a new PROJECT skin line called PROJECT: INFECTED)

It's either this or Varus getting a new Model (his textures are quite outdated) that I would want, mwybe even a new set of animations too because look at this...

One thing that bothers me about some of the champion models are the characters that are supposed to have long flowy hair or hair that would look like it should have flowy movement to it (ex. Janna and Zilean). But for a lot of characters (ESPECIALLY ZILEAN) their hair is just static and has no movement to it at all and it just bothers me. They can make Vel'Koz's tentacles move like that, why not locks of the characters' hair? Sometimes it's just the little things that bother me within the game.

Half of those champions need an actual VGU or VU. Riot Games will not give a single skin to any of these champions until they work on them. This basically means the same champions that got 2 to 3 skins last year will get all of the skins again and more ultimate and legendary skins. Riot Game Developers do not care at the end of the day. I am still waiting for a Blood Moon Shaco skin or a VU to Karma since her's was rushed and not completed. Nothing is going to happen and not any time soon.

I wish SG jinx never happened. Then She coulda gotten an actually good legendary skin. But hey atleast i'll soon be able to enjoy her second legendary when riot goes for the cashgrab with SG jinx 2: pajama boogaloo. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

whoever decided to make SG jinx legendary should just game end themselves tbh.

and as sad as it is to say she's starting to feel outdated visually. When i see new champ's faces move and jinx can't even get that on a modern skin, i'm so disappointed. Like i understand it's her rig that's limiting her but they managed to get a new one for SG rumble.

Out of the original 40 champions added to league only 18 of them have legendary skins, and some of them most notably Ryze , Zilean and Karthus don't even have an EPIC skin but instead have 5 - 10 mediocre skins that don't really change a lot.
