Champion concept.

Right i have had an idea for a new arctic themed champion. throughout my playing of the game i have come to notice that they is a distinct lack of Igloos' in the game. i was discussing among friend and fellow lol veterans. two of which are master legue players, and one in diamond. they have full support of my idea and would also like to see in implemented in the game. you will play as Inuit, named AMMAGARUQNIK. taking the role of support to new levels. he will be very distinct from other supports. hes arsenal ability's have no comparison to anyone in the game. passive snows around you for igloo resources. take 3 seconds to collect enough ice for a new igloo hes Q is the ability to build a igloo, he jumps towards the friendly champion (550 spaces.) rooting them into places and builds a igloo around them stopping damage. (300/600/900/1200/1500 and last 10 seconds) the target cannot attack whilst in the igloo but can teleport out and the enemy has no idea that they have left the igloo. W is the same as q but for enemy's but you build the entrance facing your adc so he/she can shot in. E is a way of hardening the igloo to stop more damage and extend the amount of time they are in the igloo. R (the one i'm most proud of) you choice an area on the map for it to snow and it also creates a snow path to you champion. you take a run up and jump on a sledge and slide all across the map to your target area. you cannot be targeted whilst doing this. on arrival you can instantly build an igloo.
