Imagine a champion such as Kog'Maw, a champ that's sort of goofy with a very unique appearance.

Now put a plastic "Blitzcrank" mask on his face held there by a piece of elastic around his head.

Then call that skin "Definitely Not Blitzcrank" .

The skin already exists, you would need to name it different or change the concept.
