Morithh, Herald of the Light (CHAMPION CONCEPT)

Appearance: (Refer to picture)
Theme: Morithh is a paladin, using light spells. He is designed for mid, but can also be taken top and maybe jungle. Builds AD.
LORE: Morithh has traveled across Runeterra preaching the light to the many he finds. When Morithh was young, he was blessed by the light by an unknown angel. He spent the rest of his teenage years learning about his power. Demacia, added Morithh to a "Special forces" operation to infiltrate Noxus. During this mission, all of his comrades were killed. Feeling so guilty, Morithh left the Demacian army, he cut off his left ear as a punishment for not saving his team. Soon after, he began questioning why the light he had been blessed with didn't save him allies. It was because the light he had been blessed with, was for eternally damning all who opposed the light.
NOTE: After he doubts the light he must take the path to get his power back, and that is what he is doing at the moment.

Abilities:
Passive: Light's Path/Light's Verdict Morithh gains 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds after casting a basic ability. He can also instantly grow a jungle plant every 35 seconds. Once at least one of his abilities are upgraded to max level, his passive is replaced with Light's Verdict.
Light's Verdict: Morithh has now truly unlocked the power he holds, his abilities now mainly scale off of Ability Power instead of attack damage (Ad ratios are replaced with AP ones.) Additionally, landing 2 basic attack on an enemy marks them with the Light's Final Verdict, they now take 5% of the damage done as true damage by any abilities that hit them before Light's Final Verdict dissipates (3 seconds after the second attack was hit on them, CD 11 seconds, as long as he has hit 2 attacks on an enemy it works. He can hit the first attack whenever he wants, it will never run out until he lands the second one.)
Q: Righteous Smash Morithh calls down a hammer from the skies dealing 50/100/160/200/210 {+25% AD/AP (Depending on the passive)} to all enemies hit by the head of the hammer. Enemies hit by the handle do not take damage but are slowed by 50% for 2/3/4/4/4 seconds.
If an enemy is hit with the head of the hammer, the cooldown is reduced by 10%.
(So the way it would work, is the hammer head is about 400 units in a circle, and the handle is very thin like 50 units wide, and about 100 units long. The hammer comes down instantly)
Cooldown: 13.5/12.25/11/10.5/9.5 Cost: 50/70/80/100/100 mana Range: See above, it can be cast within a circle of 600 units. Type: Oddly shaped Projectile skillshot
I Really dont know how to explain it that much so just bare with me.
W: Sol Reaper Passive: Getting the last hit on minions grants 1-3 Holy Energy, this ability costs 5 holy energy to cast. (upon regaining the power of the light this shield no longer costs holy energy, it instead costs 75 mana)
Active: Morithh makes a protective shield that absorbs 50/80/90/95/100 {+45% AP (Always Scales off of AP)} damage. If the shield is destroyed, or 4 seconds have pasted, Morithh is healed for 25% of the shield's maximum protection. (If no damage was done to the shield then he is healed for 10% of the shield's shield)
CD: 10 seconds Cost: 5 holy energy until his passive is changed, then it costs 75 mana. Type: Active + passive affect
E: Redemption Morithh gathers his power, channeling for 1.5/1.25/1/.5/0 second(s). Morithh then unleashes a flurry of 4 attacks that 75% of his damage (if the passive has changed it scales with 25% AP) this will always apply Light's Final Verdict. (This ability makes it last for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, it can only apply Light's Final Verdict every 16 seconds)
CD: 9/8/7/7/7 Cost: 50/60/70/70/90 mana Type: Channel, the attacks are dealt in a cone in front of him this cone is 250 units long.
R: Transcendence Morithh throws his spell book up into the air giving him and all his allies the ability to pass through terrain for 6/8/10 seconds. Taking damage does not stop this affect. Everyone affected gains 25/30/40% bonus movement speed for the duration. (the ability can be canceled by recasting the ability)

And that is my champion concept for Morithh, Herald of the Light. If someone would take the time to rewrite his lore that would be amazing! (Slight tweaks will be coming if anyone has any good points for the balance)
