Names exspiring

In league of legends you have the option to make your name what ever you want. Besides the names that other summoners have created. I believe the Riot should implement a expiration sequence for summoners that haven't been playing the game for awhile. Their names should be removed and if they ever decide to come back to the game they will have the option to choose another name. The reason i feel that they should not have their name is because i feel all the good summoner names are taken by people who don't play the game or haven't in A long time. Tell me what you think.
