ADC Champion Concept (Ideas Needed)

So I have though of a champion but only one of his abilities. This ability will be his main one. Please help me think of other abilities to go with this one.

High Grounds

  • Passive: On the map, there will be several platforms that will appear on top of the walls.

  • Active: After a short delay, the champion will climb onto the platform (maybe with a grappling hook or something.) While on the platform, he will gain bonus attack range and attack damage in his normal range. Also, he cannot be hit by basic attacks, but he can only be hit by targeted spells (or maybe all spells.) He can only stay on the platform for X seconds or maybe X attacks. He can activate the spell again to climb off of the platform and he will gain bonus movement speed decaying over time.

Please give me ideas for other abilities that would balance this ability or go well with it. Perhaps a stun or something to lock the target down while attacking. I'm thinking of maybe making this his ultimate but with low cooldown (sort of like Quinn's ultimate.) I'm also thinking about making his passive something like Jhin's, lowering his attack speed.

Not being able to be hit by basic attacks is going to break this ability for sure. Unless he's literally only getting 1-2 shots, and even two shots might be pushing it.

Making it an ultimate might work, but that sort of limited ultimate is going to feel pretty bad -- imagine if you could only ultimate at certain points of the map.

I do like the concept though. What about this variation?


HIGH GROUNDS

Passive: [Champion Name] gains a Charge every X seconds, to a maximum of 2 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 4. [Champion Name] has a maximum of 2 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 4 Sniper Nests on the map at a time. Sniper Nests have 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 Ammunition.

Active: [Champion Name] consumes a charge and places a Sniper Nest at target location adjacent to a wall. It assembles over the course of 1 second, and lasts for 4 minutes or until depleted of Ammunition. By right-clicking on a Sniper Nest he can leap atop it, gaining 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 bonus range and 25% damage resistance. His attacks while in a Sniper Nest consume 1 Ammunition each, and deal 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% bonus damage. Clicking the Sniper Nest again or using up all the shots dismounts him.

The balance might be a little funky, but I like the concept of "jump here for protection and extra damage."
