Champ champ champ

What if there was a champ that like, totally could just teleport through walls and portals. Like the game Portal. and what if this champion also had a whip that when it hit an enemy they would just like totally lose a percentage of their hp and mana. also the whip should totally have ppink serrated blades made of quartz and there should also be an ability where the champ totally can just blink certain mobs away with them. it would be cool if this champ was uhhh a pink and red tree spirit thing that inhabited a wooden and stone figure. Also it should be friends with red and blue buff
