Jax the Ripper skin concept

I believe Jax the ripper could be a great skin concept due to jax is similar to jack. Sometime when i was playing jax some day ago when i got on a killing spree it reminded me of jack the ripper. In this concept you can put a knife on the stake and add a top hat as well. I think this skin wouldn't be so hard to manage in looks as jax with his cape look similar to jack.
