Ideas for future abilities.

Please share your ideas for future abilities. I was thinking about one that could throw enemy skillshots back at them. Seems too op though. Maybe some way to balance it? Like, refunding their cd and/or mana cost of the bounced ability? Concepts felt like the right board for this.
